An AI-powered web application that predicts the average daily number of passengers across 8 modes of public transport in Jakarta. Built using a neural network model trained on real data from the Satu Data Jakarta API.

How the Prediction Works

Data Collection Daily data sourced from Satu Data Jakarta API covering 8 transport modes.

Feature Engineering Each date is transformed into 24 numeric features capturing temporal patterns, holidays, Ramadan, and cyclical encoding.

Normalization Features and targets normalized using StandardScaler for optimal convergence.

Neural Network Training MLP 3-layer model (128→64→32 neurons) trained with Adam optimizer and early stopping.

Prediction For new dates, features are extracted and fed into the trained model to generate passenger forecasts.
